Cleanliness, aesthetics of the space, wonderful location.

The reservation was for a room with ONE bed for two people. In the room, however, there were two single beds, one next to the other which, when moving, did not stay firmly together. When I mentioned it in the morning to the reception, they told me that they didn't see in my reservation that I had requested a double bed!!
